We are implementing a new membership and event management software package to integrate with our new website. Moving forward, we are hopeful that this system will be a much more efficient way to track membership and event registrations, as well as several other new features that will allow us to better serve the OGWA membership.
For existing members to bring your membership up to date, follow the renewal process outlined below:
While you will have the option to receive an invoice and pay by check, we highly recommend paying online to complete your membership renewal. Your membership will not be active until payment is processed.
To better help you facilitate your renewal we’re going to outline step by step the process. You will only need to go through this initial membership renewal process once. The process will be a simply two step procedure for all future renewals going forward.
[Please note that each individual member must have a separate and unique email address. We will no longer be able to support two or more individuals using the same address.] Your email address will be the primary piece of information used to keep track of membership status and event registrations, as well as serving as our primary method of communication with our membership. With most of the state licensing agencies also transitioning to a digital process, having a unique email address will very soon become a necessary reality and will also help us to be more efficient in delivering information.
Moving forward, this new process should make renewing membership and registering for events a very quick and easy process. Additionally, it will also make it much easier for us to keep you updated on new events and other developments in the groundwater industry.
As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if we can provide further information and assistance as we transition to this new system.
