In an effort to save our members time and money, the OGWA Board of Directors is implementing a change to our membership structure. All individual memberships (with the exception of students and government employees) will now renew biannually at a cost of $250 every two years. This is a savings of $50 off the cost of the annual membership. Moving to a two-year membership cycle will also make it more convenient for those members who are only able to attend the annual conference every other year. This will enable those members to renew their membership at the same time as conference registration without having to bring membership current from the previous year in order to be in good standing and receive the member discount. Those members wishing to attend the conference every year are certainly still encouraged to do so. As long as your membership is current you will still receive the member discount on conference registration during the years in between your membership renewal years.
