    2025 OGWA Conference & Trade Show

    Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open!


    We're gearing up to head back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2025 OGWA Conference and Trade Show!

    We have reworked the agenda again this year and shifted the event to a Thursday-Friday format. We will be featuring five hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall on the first day of the conference for the 2025 Trade Show. No educational opportunities will be offered during the trade show hours. Lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall during the first block of trade show time on Thursday in order to encourage conference attendees to stay onsite and make their way around to all the exhibitor booths. We will take a brief break in the afternoon to provide some educational sessions and then conclude the day with the annual reception in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening. We're making these changes in response to feedback we've heard from exhibitors who appreciated having all the exhibit hall time on one day at last year's show and encouraged us to explore adding additional time.  We're hopeful these changes will encourage more exhibitors to attend.

    We are offering sponsorship opportunities again this year that are above and beyond the regular exhibitor packages and all levels include the option to exhibit. We are also offering additional opportunities to sponsor specific components of the conference and trade show. All of these opportunities will provide increased exposure for your organization.

    If you are also interested in presenting during one of the classroom continuing education sessions, we would love to hear from you. We always encourage our sponsors and exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise with those attending the conference. This also provides an additional opportunity for direct interaction with conference attendees. Please let us know if you're interested in presenting and we can discuss what options may be available.

    All booth reservations must be paid in full by December 6, 2024. In the event an exhibitor cancels prior to November 8, 2024, a full refund will be made. Cancellations received November 9, 2024, through December 5, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the booth rental. Beginning December 6, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

    A block of rooms has been reserved for January 8 & 9, 2025, at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Stillwater. A very limited block of rooms is also available on January 7, 2025, for anyone with large equipment wishing to arrive on Tuesday evening. The special room rate will be available until December 17, 2024 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

    We're gearing up to head back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2025 OGWA Conference and Trade Show!
    Register now for only $75 and save 50% off the regular registration fee. Early online registration will close at 5:00pm on Friday, January 3rd. Current OGWA members in good standing and government employees who register online will receive the 50% discount. Registration at the door will increase to $150. 

    This year's event will kick off Thursday morning with the 2025 OGWA Annual Meeting and election of board members. The 2025 OGWA Trade Show will kick off at noon on Thursday, with lunch served in the Exhibit Hall. After some exciting and informative educational sessions Thursday afternoon, the 2025 Trade Show Reception will begin back in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
