2024 OGWA Conference & Trade Show

We're gearing up to head back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2025 OGWA Conference and Trade Show!

Register now for only $75 and save 50% off the regular registration fee. Early online registration will close at 5:00pm on Friday, January 3rd. Current OGWA members in good standing and government employees who register online will receive the 50% discount. Registration at the door will increase to $150.

This year's event will kick off Thursday morning with the 2025 OGWA Annual Meeting and election of board members. The 2025 OGWA Trade Show will kick off at noon on Thursday, with lunch served in the Exhibit Hall. After some exciting and informative educational sessions Thursday afternoon, the 2025 Trade Show Reception will begin back in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. We're excited to announce that this year's Trade Show Reception will feature live music for the first time! And back by popular demand will be the live auction full of great items that always generate some fierce competition. All the proceeds from the auction will go to support the OGWA scholarship fund to help students attend any public college, university, or career tech center in Oklahoma.

Join over 200 water well drillers, pump installers, manufacturers and suppliers, technical and groundwater professionals from across Oklahoma and beyond. The conference offers attendees valuable opportunities to inspire each other with new ideas, share successes, and shape the future of our industry through seminars, exhibits, and networking. The two-day agenda will feature a variety of additional educational offerings.
