Base fee:
  • Your booth fee provides you with the following:

    8' high back drapes on pipe
    3' high divider drapes on pipe
    1 exhibitor ID sign
    1 six foot display table, draped
    2 folding chairs
    Complimentary electrical and WIFI access
    2 tickets for the Thursday lunch

    All booth reservations must be paid in full by December 9, 2022. In the event an exhibitor cancels prior to November 25, 2022, a full refund will be made. Cancellations received November 26, 2022, through December 8, 2022, will be refunded 50% of the booth rental. Beginning December 9, 2022, no refunds will be issued.

2023 OGWA Conference & Trade Show

Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open


We're excited to announce that we are bringing the 2023 OGWA Conference and Trade Show back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater!

We will be featuring five hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall over the course of the two-day event with the Grand Opening Reception kicking off in the Exhibit Hall at 4:30pm on Wednesday, January 4th, and continuing on Thursday, January 5th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. No educational opportunities will be offered during the trade show hours. Also, as in previous years, lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall on Thursday in order to encourage conference attendees to stay onsite and make their way around to all the exhibitor booths. We will also be announcing some exciting new activities in the exhibit hall designed to engage conference attendees and keep them on the trade show floor.

This year we are offering sponsorship opportunities above and beyond the regular exhibitor packages and all levels include the option to exhibit. We are also offering additional opportunities to sponsor specific components of the conference and trade show. All of these opportunities will provide increased exposure for your organization.

If you are also interested in presenting during one of the classroom continuing education sessions, we would love to hear from you. We always encourage our sponsors and exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise with those attending the conference.
